AP Students: AP exams begin this week. Please refer to the schedule you received via email. If you have two exams in one day, we will make sure that you have a break, but it may be wise to bring your lunch that day. If you have an afternoon exam, please be sure to eat 1st lunch prior to your exam. Arrive at least 10 minutes early to your exam, and be prepared to get started promptly.
On Monday, May 7th, prepare to be mystified, horrified, and stupefied! The DHS Theater 2 class is proud to present "An Afternoon with Edgar Allan Poe." Student directors and actors have been working diligently all semester on their one-act play performances, and are excited to present them to DHS students and staff. The show features three one-acts based on Poe's short stories: "The Cask of Amontillado," "The Tell-Tale Heart," and "The Purloined Letter." The performance will take place in the DHS Dome. Doors open at 2:45, and the show begins promptly at 3.
A few notes for the audience-
-As these are spooky, Gothic stories, this show is probably a little too scary for younger audiences.
-Guests will be expected to observe proper theater decorum (no talking, no phones, no filming, etc.). Please and thank you.
On 30 May, DBGS, DEMS, and DHS will be co-hosting an Iftar in the Lower Gym from 6:00 pm-8:30 pm. We are excited to come together as a community to share a meal during the month of Ramadan. All ISG students and their families are invited. Tickets will go on sale starting on Sunday; 6 May 2018 during both lunches. Interested? Find a member of StuCo to buy tickets for you and your family!
